[sldev] A new look for the Second Life Viewer

I'll reply here for now... the shiny metalic powder blue is just way to
light a color for the interface and is very hard on the eyes.  It doesn't
allow for enough contrast between the text and the interface.  And with more
than one or two GUI elements open it tends to look a bit like screen glare.

I would much prefer to see something in a darker color.
