I haven't actually had to touch the code in some time. I haven't found
any futher bugs to fix thus I guess its pretty stable. :) (Though I just
discovered, it crashes on a system without a soundcard...)

Music streaming is still missing. Now that gstreamer is already in
there, just stubbing over to the media player class should be
investigated. Music streaming should probably be refactored out of the
audio engine and into the media class, as if we go OpenAL across the
board, we're probably going to want to use DirectShow/Quicktime for
music streaming on Win/OSX. Unless maybe gstreamer can be made to be a
workable cross-platform interface to DirectShow/QT. :)

Wind noise is missing. But personally I don't miss it. In fact, when
using the official client, the constant low rumble from my subwoofer got
so annoying I turned off wind noise. :P

I got my CA in yesterday, and I tried to start cleaning up the patch to
a more submittable state, however progress was halted by the fact that I
did some swapping around of hardware in my test boxes and none of them
want to function properly anymore. I opened a placeholder here:
