[sldev] Errors while building RC

[Adric R]

I'm trying to build a ReleaseForDownload of 1.18.3 in VS2003 and I keep
getting the same 73 errors. I've triple checked all the third party
libraries are there, and I've followed all the instructions on the wiki, so
I'm a bit at a loss. I've posted the error list at
https://wiki.secondlife.com/wiki/User:McCabe_Maxsted . If you wouldn't mind
having a look, any help would be appreciated.
