[sldev] [VIEWER] GUI xml documentation and/or insights

So... how many have managed to figure out how the various xml GUI 
elements work? How does one work with the xml template for  the 
LLScrollListCtrl class, for example (that being what I'm trying to work 
with right now)?

Is there a central location for this info? Are the Lindens required to 
parse the xml files and decipher what a given GUI thingie does, or is 
there some notes available internally that give them hints? If the 
former, why don't they keep notes? If the latter why aren't they 
available to the rest of us?

And regardless, why aren't there categories for contributing the missing 
documentation listed in the wiki?
