I've gone over the 1.13 code (before rewrite) a bit but I don't seem
to find immediately something that is specific to llCollisionSprite.
If I understand correctly what is supposed to happen I wonder whether
this is client side. The collision is detected on the sim right?
Anybody have an idea what it sends to initialise the particle source?
Does it still send something?

I guess I could set up SLProxy and try to find out but it'll take some
time before I'm going to plan that in.
