I seem to recall some chatter about aditi being down for a database
freshening (i.e. agni's database is copied to aditi).  This operation
apparently takes a long time.

I haven't heard anything that indicates that aditi will be shut down or
made non-public.  Even with het-grid, it still has plenty of utility.
We could clearly do a better job of telegraphing planned downtimes, though.
