[sldev] Permissions

I take a bit of insult here with whoever calls the SL economy a toy
economy.  I've been living off of my income from SL for a year now.

Honestly though, I'd hate to see them go, but I do think permissions will
likely see their way out eventually.  Depends on how the OS community
decides to deal with the issue when they begin hosting their own grids.
