[sldev] [VIEWER] problems with AMD64 build

Hi Everyone i am seeing the following issues with my standalone 64bit
build. This is constant across 1.18.2.0 to 1.18.3.4

Build
-----

Firstly i need to apply the attached patch to build :-

On my system (debian) expat.h is not in /usr/include/expat but in
/usr/include

The viewer_manifest.py wants to include its own libxmlrpc-epi and not
use the system one

And the files that reference gstreamer do not build unless gstreamer is
in the pkg-config list.

Are these problems with the build or problems with my system setup?


After that build is ok, viewer cannot start however as the required ttf
fonts are missing. If i copy the fonts directory from a linden build,
the viewer will start.

Again is there a font missing i can install, or is the fonts directory
required and should be included in the standalone build. The fail is
quite ungraceful with an exception.

The cursors are also missing but not fatal. Again should these be
included in a standalone build? or have i missed the point of standalone
and should be building STANDALONE=no (as this dosn't work)

And other resource files seem missing and YES i did copy the artwork zip
file into my build tree! So is this an issue when building standalone 
builds??


GL Issues
---------

For some reason my GL does not support the same features as when I am on 
the same PC but running 32bit (nvidia drivers).

First of all my card was being detected as a nvidia generic (therefor 
class 0), its a 7100 so i added in a line for it

NVIDIA GeForce 7100                             .*NVIDIA.*GeForce 71.* 
                                 3

But i still can't select bump mapped/shiny or ripple

Also the builds spam the debug logs with:-

WARNING: isFeatureAvailable: Feature UseOcclusion not on feature list!

many times a second, so much so makes the viewer very very slow.


Any ideas what I have done wrong this time!
