Not to any more degree than it does for any other asset... ie, as a  
cache. In the current model, the client connects to the region and  
the region acts as the cache for everything. In the new model the  
client connects to the agent host first, and THEN to the region, and  
the question of where assets are downloaded becomes more complex.
