[sldev] 1.18.2.1 source code

Part of the point of the RC process is to avoid introducing new bugs.
However, the triage bar ratchets up as time passes. This is our first
iteration through a public RC process (although it's conceptually the
same as a Beta, but the experience against the main grid is quite
different) so we're still tuning the triage bar and don't have a solid
time estimate. I'd REALLY REALLY like to have 1.18.3 go gold this week -
but I've said that for the past 3 weeks as well.

If you want to help, the appropriate query is here:

https://jira.secondlife.com/secure/IssueNavigator.jspa?mode=hide&requestId=10631

You'll want to analyze it as follows:
* Show only UNRESOLVED issues
* Make sure you can see the Affects Version/s column
* Ignore anything that affects versions other than 1.18.3 RC as well

This gives a list of bugs that would appear to be new in 1.18.3. If you
see bugs on that filtered list that aren't actually bugs in the 1.18.3
RC (i.e. misfiled as VWR, affects older viewer builds too, etc), then
please feel free to edit the bug or call it to my attention.

We've been going through this daily and trying to make sure that the
reported bugs are, in fact, new (trying to get internal repros if
necessary) and if they merit holding back the release of 1.18.3 (i.e. do
they meet the triage bar). At the point where we have gone some as-yet
undetermined amount of time with no new bugs reported that meet the
triage bar, 1.18.3 will "go gold".
