it is here in switzerland. i always bought my DVD players modded from a
bona fide vendor. the whole region code system seems a bit silly as long
as you can do private imports of DVDs (or buy them abroad while there
and take them with you) --- after all you've paid for the DVD and the
right to watch it, haven't you?
