The right side list will always be sorted alphabetically (ascending or 
descending) since that is built into the list panel. If you click the 
top-most category, you get the entire list, just like that combo box in 
the LSL editor does now. but the "folder" opens up below and gives you 
sub-list choices. Click on one of those, and the sorted list of 
functions/keywords/events grows smaller while the sub-sub-folders open. 
Another click on the same category closes that list. Click on a 
different category at the same level closes the first and opens the 
second with the relevant sub-list on the right.

Its not QUITE a true file folder thing. It borrows behavior from  
Apple's xCode IDE's project view, but I saw no reason to show leaf nodes 
in the category list since they can't be moved, sorted, etc., anyway.
