The reason the permission debit window is different sized and yellow is 
because it was something that popped up on its own, and one click could 
have bad consequences.

It's not like random land sale windows are popping up.

It is impossible to sell land without clicking a minimum of 6 times, and 
typing a number.  If people are still having "accidents", that's their 
own fault.
