[sldev] why can an avatar get stuck (unable to log back in and not getting logged out)?

Granted, but given that the OPs avatar was stuck "logging out" for five 
hours, it seems that some sort of timeout is sensible.. i mean if the 
sim hasn't finished "book keeping" within 30 mins, i think it's safe to 
assume that it's never gonna finish
