[sldev] lscript_compile error

[Ajinkya Kale]

I did copy fmod.dll to the ReleaseNoOpt and ReleaseForDownload
directories . It gives me the following error message box :

ERROR: LLAlertDialogue::parseAlerts:Problem reading UI Alerts file: alerts.xml
