Yes, any viewer that has "region defaults" set would see the version
that the estate owner set. What would be even better if there were lsl
calls to do this. There are a number of "weather machines" so these
would benefit from being able to set the region windlight controls (with
appropriate permissions etc).

Well that's what i would like anyway :-)
