1. If the accuracy of a translation is ultimately important for security 
and for business reasons, pay for a translation.

2. If you can't justify paying for a commercial translation for a 
specific language, then accept '"community supported" translations for 
those languages. A "possibly faulty" translation is better than no 
translation.
