Not strictly, no - if there is utility in issuing a fresher FL client
(i.e. there are more changes/fixes to test specific to the FL) then
it will be updated, but that update may or may not be strictly in
sync with the latest stable viewer due to the branching structure
and the trade-off of whether the gain from picking up the latest
fixes outweighs the cost of changing a lot more variables than those
which the FL series is intended to exercise.

In this case, because 1.20 is due out Real Soon Now and has Dazzle,
Windlight and lots more. :)
