[sldev] How to search for issues in JIRA?

Actually I made a typo in my email. I meant 1.20.

I think I have found what I was not doing correctly in the jira 
searches. I was specifying the version in "Fix For" and not "Affects 
Versions." Once I made that filter change, I seem to get the list of issues.
