[sldev] Dazzle / Windlight merge?

Oops maybe I need to get my memory checked? I tried Dazzle when the first
"first look" came out for it, and I remember I liked the graphics rendering
but the user interface was painfully bright, distracting, and quite
difficult to read, and because of that I hadn't used it since. My comment
was based that memory and on reading prior comments that mentioned cyan and
blue, so I may have confused the colors. My apologies for the error.
