Is this the stuff at http://secondlife.com/developers/mapapi/?

I tried the example at
http://secondlife.com/developers/mapapi/example-use-region-names.html, in
order to test the functionality that works based on regions, but got the
following error:

lh[downcased_name] has no properties

Does this mean that the function for using the region names to create
SLPoint is currently broken?
