[sldev] [VWR] cmake-8 troubles

Please assign me (mac) and sardonyx (linux, general) and mani (windows) as watchers in pjira for cmake issues.

I can say that I respond to the watcher pings, but don't routinely sift through cmake issues (i do sometimes, but not often enough for good response times).
