Let's not carry on too much with this. The message he quoted from
support was admittedly ambiguous or even misleading. I'm asking if
they've got a standard message template for explaining that, and will
offer to help make one if not.

I'd be pretty wound up too, if I thought my stuff was going to expire
without warning.
