[sldev] SL Database purge

This has probably be addressed, but I want to be super clear.

We only intentionally remove unreferenced assets. This means that
it's in no agent/task/region/etc inventory, and not even referenced
via uuid in a script state. There have been bugs, our asset cluster
has crashed, we've had our isp drop connectivity between the colos,
and similar problems, but no one at linden has even suggested
deleting things which have not been rezzed for a while.

You or your friend misunderstood something.

This list is also probably not a good forum for "friend of a friend
told me" gossip.
