[sldev] Objects not set to group appear to be set to the group of the last selected object

Hey everyone, I decided to look through the JIRA today for this
long-standing issue with the official Second Life viewers.

1.  Have three objects:
 - One with no group set
 - One set to group A
 - One set to group B
2.  Select the object set to group A
3.  Select the object with no group set.
 - Observe the edit window saying the object is set to group A
4.  Select the object set to group B
5.  Select the object with no group set
 - Observe the edit window saying the object is set to group B

It appears this issue has been around for quite a while.  I thought since
there was no patch attached I'd encourage someone to write a patch.  I'm not
familiar with the code involved, but am assuming it's something small and
great for someone who wants to submit their first very helpful patch :D

Obviously the issue is huge and can cause disaster if you're trying to set
your objects to the right group before changing land options.

This issue cites group ownership but the issue I'm looking at affects the
"active group" of objects.  Since issues whose description match what I'm
thinking of were marked as a duplicate of this one, I think this is the
right issue.
