Selfpromoting as an an Specialist is the same Way.

There is no need to tell everyone the exact Issue of an Leak, but to say
"We have a leak/vuna. etc in Billing, Userdatabase etc" is a important 
thing.
The other Way is just a lie to Residents..while the Data gets stolen or what 
ever.
