Not really useful to me. I'm targeting the official Fedora repo which
means the Fedora build system. We maintain a spec in CVS, the build
system generates an srpm from the spec in CVS, and that srpm is sent off
to the build farm.

Auto-generated specs generally do not mesh well with Fedora packaging
guidelines and workflow.
