[sldev] Ban proof client?

Strange question perhaps, but is anyone aware of a client hack which would
make an AV impervious to estate management tools (boot)

On several occasions over past few months, I have noticed that AV's I've
had to ban DO NOT go away when I add them to the estate banned list.

Is this simply an intermittent annoyance for some unknown reason, or a
client hack I'll have to develop tools to fight?
