[sldev] SLVoice / Vivox Replacement

The voice client code in the SL viewer is pretty localized, so it
shouldn't be too difficult to separate the code into an abstract layer
that interacts with the viewer GUI controls and a specific layer that
implements the particular message formats for the associated "SLVoice"
process.

I haven't heard of anyone working on that yet, but if the Vivox code
remains closed source, there will be a lot of incentive to do it. LL
has indicated their hopes to make the voice client open source, but I
haven't seen any progress in that direction yet.
