This one applies to 1.19.0 release candidate. I changed the way it works to 
use the URL schemes:

secondlife:///app/agent/<uuid>/about - Opens Profile
secondlife:///app/agent/<uuid>/im    - Opens IM
secondlife:///app/agent/<uuid>/lure  - Offers Teleport

Please comment :) Especially on how best to verify a UUID.
