I recomend that Linden labs looks over there publishing ruities to
secure the quality, if you can't make sure taht the code for the release
get out at the same time that the binaries, how can one be sure that one
holds the knowleage to reproduce the build? 

Releasing code should teoretically be a quicker and easier process that
the binary build.
