[sldev] quicktime update again

Is the quicktime check going to be updated for each additional viewer 
update? RC 1-19-0-2 tells me that I have to update QT yet again (after 
updating it to 7.4 due to the exploit). Is it going to be typical to 
require the latest QT for each additional update. The reason I ask is QT 
is a pain to update if you don't want iTunes along with it.
Or was this due to some new threat?
