[sldev] Two questions: Region geography and region handles

My question regarding region geography is: What are the dimensions of the
regions? Maximum x/y/z coordinate? I assume they are all different sized,
but does anyone know the exact dimensions? In short: does anyone have a list
of min/max x/y/z coordinates to share?

My second question deals with region handles. Is there a "clean" way to get
a region handle from a text input, for example "Ahern" (without messing with
handlers)? I'm using the latest 1.19.0.2 sources from svn.
