I've got an issue with some of my users on powerpc builds of the
secondlife viewer .debs, They are getting an error :-
008-02-16T23:35:05Z WARNING: parseXml: Bone without position
2008-02-16T23:35:06Z WARNING: parseXml: Error parsing bone in skeleton file
2008-02-16T23:35:06Z
powerpc-linux-client-release/newview/llvoavatar.cpp(1417) : error
2008-02-16T23:35:06Z ERROR: initClass: Error parsing skeleton XML
file: /usr/share/secondlife/character/avatar_skeleton.xml
(which is fatal)
This is on 1.19.0.2 (or as close to that as svn snapshots allow).
The xml file(s) are fine, its been swapped for a fresh one from a
linden tarball sent to me and diff applied, no errors.
Does anyone know of anything in this code path that might balk on a
powerpc build, the same build is running perfectly on amd64 and i386
(and it really is the same code base on this branch of mine).
TIA
Robin
