[sldev] Intel 945 graphics chipset support?

I noticed that the 945 is now officially supported ( 
http://secondlife.com/corporate/sysreqs.php ) but I see people still 
reporting crashes ( http://jira.secondlife.com/browse/VWR-4652 ).

It looks like there is a workaround for the 965 ( 
http://jira.secondlife.com/browse/VWR-4330 ) but no mention of fixes for 
the 945.  Does it work for the 945 too?

I decided to collect all of the JIRA issues under a Meta ( 
http://jira.secondlife.com/browse/VWR-5077 ) since it appears to be a 
popular problem (and since I'm running a 945 :-) ).
