Branch_1-19-1-Viewer has been created. This release is still a ways out, but from this point forward only regression fixes and critical fixes go there. If you're publishing your own viewer or working on packaging, this is the next logical place to be after Branch_1-19-0-Viewer. 1.19.0 is hopefully on its last release candidate.
