[sldev] Updating the source code

Josh,
     I noticed that the MS Windows Desktop icon for the WindLight viewer
has a command line argument
-channel "Second Life WindLight"
Does this override the value in llversionviewer.h so that we can set it
on the command line rather than changing the source?
