You can always look through the page history to see who is working on what
on a wiki page. The Protocol page is still a woefully unmaintained skeleton,
but it does include a link to the Capabilities and LLSD pages and all of the
other "modern" stuff. Those have nothing to do with the binary UDP format
though. This page http://wiki.secondlife.com/wiki/Packet_Layout should
probably be updated to note what the endianness is of each field.
