Ah, not in the source bundle. The Non free stuff is not bundled at all
in source or artwork packages.

I was more thinking if one was building a complete windows installer,
unless steps are taken to specifically use free components there are
dependencies that are not distributable and are not standard OS
components so you would end up with an installer that required the
user to go and install FMOD or whatever on their own, which is far
from ideal for an installer.
