Prohibited Uses. You may not, without written permission from us:

Software; or

(e) Remove or alter any marks or designations indicating the ownership
of copyrights, trademarks or other intellectual property rights of any
party contained in the Software.

 Take not, and I really would have liked a download with out sending my
 phone number to them... With a such one one could have figured out if
 it's just there sloppy testing or bad Java programing that make the
 Sony-Ericsson phone not work.
