[sldev] Req. for review of a new wiki page

I don't suppose there's a MediaWiki extension that gives user-level 
toggle of per-article alerts indicating an article is "stale" ?

global toggle may be too obtrusive, but avid wikipedians may find it 
more useful when clicking Special:Random

of course, I could always put together a greasemonkey script that 
moves/clones the last modification date to the top of the page to be 
more noticeable :-P
