[sldev] dorkbot meeting avatar puppeteering and physical interfaces

The puppetering branch is really exciting. Way to go LL for releasing it to
the Dev community.

After seeing Jonnhy Lee's head tracking video, I'm wondering it if we could
strap a wii remote to each wrist, one on our LCD monitor, wear a head
tracking lights, and have full puppeteering control using our own bodies,
and -- fancy C# programming of course......
