[sldev] AssetUploadRequest documentation needs help

I filled out documentation for AssetUploadRequest as best I could at
https://wiki.secondlife.com/wiki/AssetUploadRequest but I don't have a
complete understanding of how StoreLocal and Tempfile fields work. Can
anyone shed some light on that?
