[sldev] Get Source and Compile page update

I just added a link to the CMake instructions so new potential devs can find
the CMake page.  If anybody could help flesh out the link list, and perhaps
help flesh out the library install requirements on the CMake page to
something more meaningful to a noob than "dig about the old compile
pages"... :-)
