[sldev] FYI: OpenSim GridInfo protocol

OpenSim, as of subversion 5692, has implemented a GridInfo protocol that 
allows a sufficiently smart client or launcher to obtain parameters such 
as loginuri, loginpage, helperuri but also (future use) "about grid" 
page URL, help page URL, create account URL, etc. and configure the 
client automatically:
