[sldev] cmake failure on OSX on maint-viewer-9 branch (was:OSXrelease branch not installing AutoUpdater.app andcrashreporter.app)

[Soft]

maint-viewer-9 is suffering the same fate as the last featurettes
branch. It was branched off of trunk when cmake support was
incomplete. You're best off working out of release/ and waiting for
maint-viewer-10. Or, if there's a pressing need for maint-viewer-9,
let me know and I'll make a temporary branch with the maint-viewer-9
changes ported to release/.
