Well, that's unofficial, and I'm not sure I see where it accounts for  
plugins.

The FLOSS exception does not apply in this case. Quicktime and Flash  
are not Free/Libre/Open Source.

In fact http://wiki.secondlife.com/wiki/Third_Party_Libraries points  
out that Quicktime is not covered by the FLOSS exception.
