[sldev] patch to ELFIO

Hey folks,

I've been trying to ease the pain of building the viewer dependencies  
over the last week.  As I mentioned in an earlier message, I've built  
a gar-based system to build the dependencies listed here:

The source for the system, which I've called GARINDRA, is available  
in subversion here:

svn co http://svn.colliertech.org/svn/trunk/garindra

I've made a pre-release tarball and placed it here:

http://www.colliertech.org/downloads/garindra/garindra-pre0.0.1.tar.bz2

When I get a few more minutes, I'll add the last remaining dependencies.

In order to reduce the delta between the libs generated by GARINDRA  
and the stock configurations, I've created a patch to the ELFIO lib  
which allows a shared object to be built using libtool.  I've sent  
the patch to the maintainer and hosted it here:

The distribution of EIFIO with this patch applied is hosted here:
