Positive. Waited until everything had fully rezzed, turned slowly &
repeated the process - etc. Stayed in one area about 30 minutes. Tped
(actually warpPos'ed) to another area of the sim, then came right back -
and texture loading was a slow as disk-based cache. Various other
methods of testing backed up these results.
