Voice moderation and morphing; was: [sldev] Puppettering Branch

Was voice moderation and morphing another of the projects that was 
dropped?  (I did see the puppet master's name in the voice code ;-) ) 
If so, can we have the code for that too?  If not, when do you think we 
might see it?
